As part of Maersk, Hamburg Süd makes complying with laws and guidelines one of its top priorities. We emphasize this by keeping our Compliance organization independent of our operating business units and wokring on the basis of an established Compliance Management System. A Compliance team provides all employees worldwide with advice on compliance-related issues.
Information regarding illegal behavior can be sent directly – and anonymously, if you prefer – to the Compliance organization by writing to compliance@hamburgsud.com .
If you do not wish to contact us directly, you can also provide information via our whistle-blower system , which is operated by a third party. For legal reasons, please use the specific link or telephone number for the country you are reporting from.
